Mobile Messaging Terms

These Mobile Messaging Terms govern text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by RepQR, LLC and by businesses using the RepQR platform (each, a “Program”). By opting in to a Program, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Programs may include account and order notifications, event reminders, appointment or follow-up messages, and — where you have expressly consented — marketing and promotional messages from the business you opted in with. Message frequency varies by Program and by your activity.

2. Opting In

You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — for example, through a form, keyword, or checkbox. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Opting Out & Help

• Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent from that Program.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@repqr.com.
• Opt-outs apply per Program; opting out of one business’s messages does not affect unrelated Programs you have joined.

4. Cost & Carriers

• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Programs are available on major US carriers; availability may vary.

5. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties, excluding messaging-delivery subcontractors that help transmit the messages you requested.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or the Program.
